'Premium member' refers to ✨premium✨ Marshmallow registered members who have benefits such as access to advanced features of Marshmallow.
You can become a premium member for 550 yen (including tax) per month.
'General member' refers to Marshmallow registered members who are not premium members.
There is no monthly fee for general members, and it can be used for free.
2. Premium member benefits
Ad-free
If you're a signed-in premium member, ads will be hidden on all pages of Marshmallow.
Ad-free viewing is only for premium members; other users viewing a premium member's page will still see ads.
10,000 character limit for answers
The character limit for answers is increased from 100 to 10,000 characters.
Limited to users who have connected their X account.
Limited to messages to individuals.
If 'Answer with post' is selected, only the first 100 characters of the answer will be included in the post, and the full text will be displayed on the page within Marshmallow.
Ability to answer secretly
If the sender is signed in, you can secretly answer messages without posting.
Excluding messages sent while not signed in to Marshmallow.
If the 'Who can message you' is set to 'Limit to signed-in users' or 'Limit to authorized users', you can secretly answer all individual messages.
Limited to messages to individuals.
The answer is only displayed in the sender's inbox.
Answers that weren't posted also don't appear in 'Past answers'.
They also don't appear in search results.
Even if answered secretly, there are no restrictions on viewing permissions for the message page, so if the sender or recipient shares the URL of the message page, the shared recipient can also view the message and answer.
Open censored words
In Marshmallow, obscene words are censored, but premium members can open the censored words to see their content.
You can open censored words in the inbox and message pages.
You can open censored words even on other people's message pages.
Even if you open censored words, the content is not revealed to non-premium members.
You can see the content of censored words even in messages received before becoming a premium member.
AI mode 'Non-interference'
Premium members have access to the AI mode 'Non-interference'.
In non-interference mode, there is no automatic deletion by AI at all.
In Marshmallow, all messages are checked by AI, and even in 'Allow Negative' AI mode, extremely negative content or messages from users with a history of malicious behavior are deleted.
Only the following 2 patterns are deleted in non-interference mode:
Messages from senders blocked by the recipient
Messages containing muted words set by the recipient
LINE notification
You can receive notifications, such as when you receive a message, via LINE.
You need to link your LINE account to receive notifications via LINE.
Answer notification
You can receive notifications when your sent messages are answered.
Notifications are delivered by email.
Push notifications and LINE notifications are not supported yet.
You can choose whether to receive notifications for each message.
However, if you're sending to someone who hasn't connected their X account, you can't choose to receive notifications.
Priority handling of requests
Features that receive many requests from premium members will be prioritized for consideration.
To become a premium member, you need to register a credit card.
Credit cards that can be used for premium membership payments are Visa/Master/JCB/Amex/Diners.
550 yen (including tax) will be charged when you register for premium membership.
If the payment fails, you cannot become a premium member.
Continuation
The premium membership contract is automatically renewed on the same date each month (or the last day of the month if there is no corresponding date).
For example, if you subscribed on January 30th, it will renew on February 28th and March 30th.
550 yen (including tax) will be charged upon renewal.
If the payment fails, the renewal will be canceled.
Cancellation
You can cancel the next scheduled payment and return to a general membership by submitting a cancellation request.
After submitting a cancellation request, you will return to a general membership the day after your next scheduled payment date.
You can continue to use premium features during the period between submitting the cancellation request and returning to a general membership.
You cannot submit a cancellation request on the day of the scheduled payment.
You can cancel the cancellation request and continue your premium membership during the period between submitting the request and returning to a general membership.
History
Payment records for premium membership fees are kept as payment history.
The payment history remains even if you cancel your premium membership.
Your payment history will be deleted if you withdraw from Marshmallow.
You can check the receipt page from the history.
The receipt page serves as the receipt.
We do not issue paper receipts, so please print the receipt page if you need a paper receipt.
